Me too have experienced similar issue before at the aged of 20.
Although I have plenty of friends.. But one day when I was down and depressed.. Suddenly I realize.. I have no friends whom I can talk to (despite of having plenty of friends contact # in my phone list..) I could not sleep well at night.. Similarly, My parents didn't bother to pay any attention to me (bcos my parent feels that I am just being paranoid).. Not Until I broke down and went to see a psychologist/psychiatrist..

You may need to understand that not all parents are able to express how they feel towards their children.. Some may use the form of gesture (hugging and kissing) while some may use the form of nagging to show their love for their Children .. Perhaps who knows they are still learning to be parent, themself. Forgive them and try to communicate with them again (it might take some time, but worth trying).. If not u can try talking to some counsellor in school or people in this forum.. It is good to talk to people who is/are willing to listen and show concern towards ur situation.. it may not be the best remedy but it definitely help in some ways.. Alternatively, try not to stress urself and do something u like.. Do some sports or start some hobbies as it helps to improve ur mood and allows u to have better slp at night.. Moreover u can also meet new friends.. As i alway tell my friends .. Fail in a relationship doesn't prove u are a failure or a bad lover.. It's just a lesson u learn in life..

I hope these suggestions helps..
