I hear ya. It's so hard to stop once you start up again. Unless of course it only happened once. I let myself slip back into the habit of having a few drinks 2-3x /week. Time to put a stop to it. I guess today is a good thing, I'm feeling the reprocussions of my actions but not in a depression or anything. I'll take.today as a warning to knock it off.
