I have yet to run in to my T outside of our sessions. We live in a really small place, so I'm sure it'll happen one of these days. I want to see him with his wife, just so that I can know what she looks like so that I won't end up befriending her in a different situation! (As it is, I befriended one of his coworkers before knowing she was a councellor too!)

Although I'm utterly paranoid that I'll run in to him while I'm drunk. One of two things would likely happen: either I'd give him a hug and babble his ear off, or I'd panic and flee the scene. Soooooo that wouldn't be such a good thing.
