Its okay to get mad or annoyed or pissed off ,,, its not all BP related . Somedays I am just mad or snappy and its okay .
Obsessing over your mood all the time is going to drive you bastshit crazy! Meds can only take you so far .. learning coping skills for when you feel yourself coming off the rails to me is just as important if not more than medications .
Breathing exercises help soooooooooooooooo much !
And the most important thing ... be kind to yourself
