I've been struggling with food for about 5/6 years. I don't and never have taken anything to school/college and I NEVER eat breakfast. I only eat during the evenings.
What I have found useful over the years is to
slowly and
gradually wean yourself onto soft foods like yoghurt or half a peach, and then gradually start building up the amount of food you eat. That's helped me tremendously, and you can give yourself reward days too! My reward days are eating 100 calories or less or fasting for 24 hours. It's kept my weight mainly stable over the past year or so, and it's better when you have friends and the like to support you and encourage you to eat. Good luck, and questions, just PM me
