I had good luck with Abilify at 15mg but as soon as we tried to up it to 20mg I started getting akathasia (sp?) It stabilized me for a while when I took it with seroquel, but once I stopped taking the seroquel, it wasn't as effective for me. I'm currently trying it with geodon instead since it doesn't make me as tired as the seroquel but it's only been a week.
