I'm so tired. I just want to sleep. I already fall asleep exhausted around 8pm but it doesn't matter. I wake multiple times per night. I need to sleep with the tv on which I'm sure isn't helping. And my 3 year old sleeps in bed with me. Which he isn't a problem unless he's sick which has been a lot now that he;s in preschool.
I don't want to take yet another medication to control this. But I don't know what to do. Any help/hope for me?

Sorry to hear! OTC meds and supplements like Benadryll, Melatonin, Kava Kava and Valerian Root may help! Best of luck!!
