So, we are thinking I'm gluten intolerant, so I'm trying a gluten free diet for the next few weeks to see if I feel better. I have also noticed that lactose makes me sick, and I was told before I also have a milk allergy, so I'm not surprised it's gotten worse. I know that makes me sick for sure.
I know about the gluten diet a bit now, but I'm wondering how to properly avoid dairy?
