I no it STINKS like a dead body and it gives you a headache, jesus you will have breath like a dustbin on that amount , and like garlic it may seep through you pores , personally I think it dose nothing really only stink, its a week herbal med, so I depends how bad you are mentally if bad don't bother , that just my opinion but I tried all that stuff years ago
