Hi. I quit smoking in July of 2012. My doc wouldn't give me chantix so I used the nicotine gum and wellbutrin. A great website is the CDC tobacco free. I watched a bunch of the disturbing videos of smokers with numerous health problems from smoking. A lot of the ppl were young like in their 40's. A friend I graduated from high sch with is in remission from throat cancer. She started smoking in her teens. All of this was a very effective scare tactic.
