I can relate. When I'm having a really hard time I take a way more of my clonazepam than i should just so I can go to sleep and i always feel guilty the next day. If you're finding an increased dose of Zyprexa is helping, I'd tell your prescriber. At 2.5 mg you have plenty of room to go up
