I have seen several of you say that you get depressed about not completing these resolutions. The way to do this is to 1- choose your goal. 2- Make it specific 3- Come up with a plan to do it. The plan is the most important part!
- Do yoga once a week. I have my video in the player, cued and ready to go on Monday morning.
- Graduate. I am in a cohort so all of my classes auto register, I just have to send the money and complete the course work.
- Do the Iron Girl Triathlon again in finish in the top 15 in my age group (without getting hit by a car). I have a 12 week training plan I use for all of my races.
- Do a fall marathon I have not done yet, maybe Richmond. I also have a training plan for marathons.
- Continue with my treatment, doing pretty well so far. I dedicate an hour on Sunday to work on DBT skills in my workbook, I have a routine for my medications and I see my doc when she says to see her!
