There are alot of them out there, but you gotta be careful with some of them because they can actually do more harm then good. I know that there was a big to do about St. Johns Wort.... interacting badly with something.. cannot remember what it is.
You should ask your doctor or pharmicist about them. IF you are on medication be careful, you don't know how the herbals will react to your medication.
I wont take herbals personally, i've read up on more negative things then postive... mainly with St. johns wort and a couple of others.
Lavender helps sooth, camillie is good.
I'm sure there are some good herbals out there.. but just do some research before doing them though.
I don't want to sound like i'm nagging. I'm sure herbals help people, but just gotta be careful about interaction with food, meds, different pills.
