I was thinking about New Years resolutions. I don't want to set another weight related resolution that ill probably fail at, I want to really work on beating this eating disorder and eating healthier.
I'm not waiting until January 1st, I'm already working on not eating out so much and only drinking water. I just looked at my bank statement online, and in November, I ate out 18 times! And 17 times in October! And that's what I paid for with my debit, I may have paid cash once or twice. I'm doing good so far though, only twice so far this month.
I am also making a resolution to eat 3 meals a day with my daughter *at the kitchen table*
A lot of the time I'm eating all day long, or ill binge early in the day and not be hungry for the rest of the day so she eats and I don't. Plus, we don't always eat at the table, we eat in the living room in front of the tv.
I'm also trying to make healthier choices in meals.
Basically I just want my daughter to learn good habits from me, and so far I'm lucky she hasn't picked up my bad habits yet. (Except when we go to the mall and walk past the food court she whines to get something to eat:/ )
