I'm sorry you're not getting any better. I know these "encouraging" post are annoying and useless but i really am thinkin about you. Good luck with the intensive out patient.

Also, It would do you some good to get back on all your meds, ya know. A lot of withdraw symptoms include suicidal thoughts and depression. S
