If you need to talk about things that can't be talked about on this forum, there is a support group that works out of the UK that allows any information or feelings to be discussed, including suicide. They are called the Samaritans. Google them for the e-mail address. If you can't find them, message me and I"ll give you the e-mail address.

Nothing you say on their site will be passed along. They will ask questions, but respect your right to privacy. I've e-mailed them many times. They answer your e-mails in 12 hours or less. I've been e-mailing them off and on for the past four or five years. They will never try to contact you. You have to contact them.

That being said, they can't solve your problems. If you aren't in therapy already, I would strongly suggest finding one that can help you sort out your feelings and make sense of it all. They can also script you temporary medications to help you through it. That would be the first thing that I would suggest.
