I hyper focus sometimes, usually something that's interesting to me or I'm maniacally cleaning or dancing , lose track of time , don't hear people talking to me & they say are you ADD or something - ha if they only knew...
But most of the time, if I'm "well" functioning at work , I multi task so much that there's papers flying , 2 computers going , phone calls , meetings , all at same time. So that's a big problem too. It's like it hurts my brain & I get angry to have to focus on only 1 thing at those times.
