Hello,

As the title lists, I'm interested in chatting with some people who have any form of anxiety...GAD, Panic Disorder, etc, and have also had open heart surgery, for any reason.

I personally have had a anxiety/panic disorder since I was 26. I am now 39. I also had to have AVR (Aortic Valve Replacement) when I was 31, 8 years ago. To this day I struggle with the overlapping "symptoms" of anxiety, and at times what I question to be my "heart issue".

I'd like to go into more detail, if someone responds with any similar issue or concerns. I should add, I have had issues with alcohol abuse also off and on the past number of years.
