I've been there in and out for the last month or so... the only thing i can tell you that might help you is: When you have lost all your hope that means you´re at the very bottom and from that point there is no other way but to climb up again... take your time...take deep breathes...cry or get angry if you need to... but i can assure you that you will find your way up again no matter if right now all you see it´s a shattered future and a black hole
