Thank you both for your kind words... so far i've been up and down... right now i feel very good... i've been excercsing a lot to get rid of the anxiety....and right now i feel the adrenaline rush...
i've found out that it helps me a lot to talk things out because it gives me the opportunity to arranged and give a logical structure to my thoughts... however not today...i'm still emotionally drained so i'm giving myself a break from this hell...
