I quite often have dreams with elements of forgetting stuff, stuff that I normally know or can normally easily do. Does this cause you panic or anxiety in the dream? Or does it all just seem routine? Also, what do you get out of it? Does it personally remind you of anything? Part of it could be that you need a night out (in some form or another, doesn't have to involve drinking). The overarching theme that strikes me from the imagery of the dream is isolation. You seem very isolated from everything and everyone. Does that fit for you?
