Perhaps the doctor doesn't want you to hurt yourself, and that's why he/she gave you such low dosage. I used to be on diazepam and lorazepam myself, but my shrink refuses to prescribe anything like that for me because he knows that I might hurt myself. It is so easy to OD, esp. when you're feeling bad. Please try something else instead. Such as posting here. I care about you.
