Depending on why I'm de-motivated, I do one of two things. I either make a list of everything I need to do, prioritize, and get through one thing at a time. If thinking about everything is too overwhelming, I practice some self-care and pretty much tell myself to forget it because it doesn't matter if I die. That takes the worry out, then I can do one thing at a time. It doesn't matter what I do, I just do one thing. Then I do another and another until it's not so overwhelming and before you know it, I'm done. It's also ok to ask for help. Usually getting started is the problem.
