I've even gone so far as to deactivate my acct at times. Anyone else ever feel this way. I know it seems strange that an internet site can have such an affect, but that's the reality...for me anyway.

I deactivated my FB account this time last year, and that wasn't the first time I've ever deactivated it. Being a young girl Facebook is very negative, everyone is basically just trying to prove to other people how good they are (popular, pretty and social) It made me feel really bad about myself but when I took a step back and realized everyone is trying so hard to portray a great life I realized how sucked in everyone is into social status and materialistic items. I'm not like that at all and life without Facebook is a good one! (Y)
