Hey Mercedes-sorry to hear! For some reason we all tend to treat the ones we love the most poorly at times. For me, NAMI, is great since they have counselling and support groups, and typically, a mental health expert will explain your bipolar condition to your loved ones. I've noticed when an expert explains about bipolar to people that don't understand it, it's way better than if I told them! Best of luck and I hope things work out!
