Goodness, no wonder you don't want to go out. You live in Ottawa! When I lived in cold climates, I never went out unless absolutely necessary. I have lived in South Florida most of the years since 1983.

One thing that I've found helps me is to get out some bright colored pens or construction paper or cards and make silly, colorful bookmarks. I don't really have to do anything much, and the bright colors and little activity gets me moving. And do have a nice cup of tea.
