I take Mirtazapine (for depression and sleep) which made me sleep great at least for a year. I combine that with Cipralex and now I don't sleep so well anymore. One temporary solution that can work well to fall asleep is Immovane. I haven't found that to be addictive. Mirtazapine is nice because it normally gives a very nice and deep sleep and also has effect on depression.
