You shouldn't be able to access chat for at least half an hour from what I know...after that you should be able to go back on.

Chat censors swears for so long before kicking people out so this usually comes as a shock to those who didn't realize. I suggest using other terms in the future as i'm not sure what are the long term consequences of being re-booted from chat.
