My boyfriend & I just woke up and decided to go to Tim Hortons (fast food) the last time we went to tim hortons I was ordering and he was in the passenger seat and I got nervous ordering for us in the drive thru and after he made fun of me for it (in a joking way) so this time going to get good and order for us I was extra nervous... I got nervous ordering for us and it showed and my boyfriend was sitting in the passenger seat laughing at me and I started feeling really anxious like I couldn't concentrate on what I was doing I could only focus on my emotions... I finished ordering and he was laughing and saying everything I did (once again in a joking way) but I didn't find it funny I kept telling him to be quiet but he didn't understand, my chest started getting really tight, my eyes watery and I couldn't stop thinking about how embarrassed I was on the drive home I couldn't get my mind off how I was feeling and I just started bawling my eyes out and hyper ventilating =(
