Soy is also genetically modified. Unless it states otherwise it may just continue to make its own pesticide non stop. Whether you chew, swallow, whatever. The process keeps on and on and on. No testing on humans. Not sure if it will cause terrible things later on or not. It's a "wait and see" type of testing being done. I wouldn't touch it. Very estrogenic too--even in males.

There are many choices today. It may take some getting used to the changes in your diet, but hang on and don't give up.

(I will never forget the first week of my being gluten free. That was four years ago and I don't miss it at all.)

Try coconut milk. Hemp. Potato. Millet. Rice - sparingly for you might be eating plenty of it in breads and so on.

Be very careful of the many substitutions and please check ingredients. Be certain it claims to be Gluten Free and Dairy Free. Everything. Sometimes flour/gluten is added to liquids to help them flow. Some meats could have gluten. Processed for sure as gravy, etc.

I believe there may be a site or book dairyfree/glutenfree kitchen. You might want to check out.

Good luck to you.
