I put neosporin on my cuts afterwards. I don't (usually) cut deep either, but it just takes a scratch to get an infection, and I'll be very susceptible to infections after this week. Sometimes if it's bleeding a lot, I'll put gauze on it, so it doesn't sit there and drip down my leg.

In the moment though, if I'm really in the mind set of not caring, I won't do anything to it for a while. I cut last night, and I just took care of the cuts today by cleaning them and putting ointment on them.
