Paxil was very activating for me. I am on Zoloft and Wellbutrin right now, but will go off the Wellbutrin as my doctor says it is more activating than Zoloft. My problem is I get major depressive episodes. The antidepressants stimulate me to the point of mania. Then they have to put on mood stabilizers to dampen the antidepressant effect. I am looking for a better way for me. I have been on Abilify and am tapering off of it because of weight gain. I am hoping to be able to be stabilized on Zoloft and Lamictal.
