Hi, Kman, and welcome to the boards. I'm taking a wild guess here. Are you Australian? Does "whinge" mean "whine"? LOL All of us here think that about ourselves at one time or another, so don't worry about it.

As for having phobic reactions to some physical symptons, if you have Panic Attacks or Generalized Anxiety Disorder, then you're perfectly "normal."

What do you think is often enough for brushing your teeth? How often do you do it? Not that it's any of my business, but the answer may be a clue.

Maybe your post sounded like an outburst to you but not to me. All are perfectly good issues as well as the question. Relax, be yourself and keep talking to us. We're a really close knit group here that cares a lot for each other.
