Stay in there, dont think about the worst because no matter what you will be fine, go to the bathroom relax and try calm yourself, have lots of water, use breathing techniques and maybe call or text someone close to you to try calm you abit. If this is happening often and things like these simple remedys arnt helping maybe visiting your doctor and getting on some meds or even what I have some 'rescue remedy' drops could help.
