Im on my second week of it now. And wow what an improvement! The headache did get bad, but one dose of painkillers cured it. And I started doing it in the morning instead of after lunch. I dont notice a straight away difference after a morning session as I did an afternoon session, but I guess that is because my "distress" levels are a lot lower. It helps me start my day in a lovely way.

Now when I meditate I am getting whole sections of time when there are no thoughts in my head! This is a major thing for me as there are pretty much always thoughts running through my head when I lay down with my eyes closed. Im still finding that I am anticipating new thoughts. I am finding it really helpful to put these thoughts in a bubble and let them float past. Sometimes no new thoughts pass, and that is just so bizarre to me! I feel like I may be on the path to being able to calm my mind and shut down the bad or intrusive thoughts.

Im still worried about going on to the next level, should I stay listening to the Dive until I can stay in a thought-less state for longer? Or should I follow the program?
