The cravings suck, I have them frequently and sometimes they seem never ending.. but I'm hanging in there, I've been chewing a lot of gum.
I gave up a few years ago and immediately my acid reflux has disappeared, my lungs felt better within three months of quitting and I no longer have to take indigestion tablets. It wasn`t easy, I had to use NiQuitin gum which I found can be bought cheaply after shopping around. The benefits of not smoking are endless, the smoke gets in your clothes and hair and makes smokers smell, you will notice this more in a few weeks, now I can`t believe I used to depend on tobacco, the cravings will die down soon, but if you need those E-cigs or whatever, do get some. I wish you well and if you fail this time keep trying, it can be done, good luck, Dionysius.
