Sky, thanks for pointing this out,l and for bumping it up. I am trying some of that. I am trying to focus on identifying and feeling and experiencing my emotions. If I let myself feel, I am sad. Sometimes I can't remember why though. Maybe I should start at the beginning of the list, huh?
