Unless I'm really in a mood to clean, which admittedly, doesn't happen too often. I'm trying something new this week though. I have three days off every week, unless I'm working overtime, in which to get things done. I made a list of all the stuff I need to get done this week, and as they get done, I check off the list. I just made the list this morning, and I'm not sure if it's gonna work. Especially since I keep thinking of more stuff to add to it. Have any of you every tried this, and to what degree of success?
I do this often, but I do it a day at a time, and then cross things off the list. A week at a time seems too daunting to me.

That being said, I have been seriously depressed for a year now. I can barely get out of the house at all. My goals are small, such as taking a shower today. Lately my norm has been only taking a shower every 4 days or so --- total yuck and was never me, but it is now, sad to say. I need terribly to go food shopping today (fear of leaving the house), but I hope to cross that off my meager list.

I am losing my husband over this change in me. He does not know who I am anymore. He doesn't even sleep in our room anymore. I pray incessantly for the strength to function. I just want me back!
