Does anyone use meditation as a way to help control their bp (in addition to "conventional" treatment"? I recently got into the practice, and I find it incredibly relaxing. I was reluctant to try it-what good could "sitting still and clearing my mind" do-but I am glad I did. It's really nice for mixed states, agitated manias, and those times when I am irritable because it is impossible for me to focus my attention.
