Hi 15LRC - I have been the same way my whole life. It sounds like you think that feeling the way you do is a bad thing or somehow its wrong to feel that way. You know what - those are perfectly normal feelings and emotions. Some of us are more sensitive than others. Its really good that you are in touch w/your feelings as many people are not. Your sensitivity to others give you a sense of compassion that other people don't have. You have a gift. Its called mercy. Try and embrace it. Crying is not a bad thing at all. I have cried a lot in my life and I am better for it. Those emotions like at the end of the school year are perfectly normal !! Its ok to feel that way. I would encourage you to work on resolving those conflicts more quickly going forward. I know its not fun confronting someone if you think they are mad at you but it will help you in relationships in the long run. It will help you not to dwell on things if you work on resolving whatever the issue is. Embrace yourself for who you are ! Compassion and feeling for other people are so much needed in our society. So many people only think about themselves. Our sensitivity is a gift. Sometimes it doesn't seem like it but it is. Many people are dead inside and feel nothing and wish they could feel something. Don't be hard on yourself. Learn to love and accept yourself for who you are. So many people want to be different than who they are. You were made that way for a reason and a purpose. There is a plan for your life ! Thanks for sharing part of your story here !
