Things people normally suggest for your average anger problems, aside from exercise, would be counseling (with your husband or by yourself), meditation, aromatherapy, and even certain types of teas or natural supplements that have calming effects may help. Chamomile, Passion Flower, St. John's Wort, things like that.
You know what sometimes helps me? Take a really deep breath...and scream your head off at the top of your lungs into a pillow for as long as you can hold it. Sometimes the best way to get rid of it is to release it. It doesn't keep you from getting angry, but expressing it constructively is sometimes a good solution.
