Like Rohag said, you chances for completing this program are far better than they have been in the past. You have new skills to use that you didn't have before. You also have drive and determination, which maybe wasn't as strong in your last attempts.

I'm in kind of a similar situation. I"ve never finished a degree, but will be getting my AA in May. This is the best semester I've ever had in my life, but the nagging fears in the back of my mind -- the depression is going to come back full force, I can't do this, it's going to end just like all the other times -- keep trying to take center stage. But we can't let them do that. Focus on one day at a time. Don't worry about the externship until you're in it. Prepare for it, but don't worry about it. I know that's easier said than done. But keep focusing on the here and now so you don't get overwhelmed by the future, the big picture so to speak. Take everything one day at a time. It's kind of weird.. like thinking ahead without thinking ahead... Is there anything you can do today to help your externship? If not, don't worry about it.

You're already doing 24 hours a week right now and you've been doing great. Remind yourself of your successes and how far you've come. Reward yourself. You're doing good, and that counts for a lot, no matter what the outcome is.
