I am getting the same error message of Authentication Failure. It makes me sad because I got home from work early tonight and wanted to hang out with my friends.

- Have you tried using a different web browser first, and did that solve the problem? Yes tried, no didn't fix.
- Have you tried clearing your web browser's cache and restarting your web browser? Yes.
