No, she is a great T, definitely cut out for it. More likely at that point just not that Facebook savvy - she didn't know how her patient found her...unless she came up as "someone you may know" which was unlikely, her patient must have looked her up. Her name is common so it took some effort. I'd be put off if someone I had a very distant online/personal contact with contacted me. There's something very voyeuristic about Facebook that can be a little weird if you don't set a lot of privacy controls, which I do without even being a T.
