I was told at my last Pap test that I have genital warts. I've been reading up on it but I'm still confused about a few things and wondered if anyone knew about it since apparently 3 out of 4 sexually active people will get it at some point in their lives. I didn't know it was that common.

1) if I have warts, does that mean I have hpv?
2) am I at risk of getting cancer?

Any info is much appreciated !
