wisewoman, I rented a house with oil heat, and the guy who delivered it started the furnace for me, because I didn't know how to do it.

But I know how stressful things like that can be...it's just like a monkey wrench gets thrown into your whole life. Just try to keep telling yourself that it will be ok, and that you can get past this.
