Hi all, I am currently on Effexor XR 75 mg and have been taking it for five weeks now. First 3 weeks I was really doing well apart from the first three to four days when I was just a spaced out zombie. then the 4th and 5th week I have just been a mess again. could it have stopped working after just 4 weeks? has this happened to anyone else? my therapist said everybody have ups and downs and it's normal but then what's the point in taking the meds? or do I need to up my dose as she also suggested? Or did it not work in the first place? I just feel as awful again as I did 5 weeks ago when I was not on any meds...
