How tall are you? I would start by going on daily walks, about 20-30 min, it's free, and it makes you feel good overall. I look at "real" people outside and not magazines / tv that make me feel bad about my body image.
How is your diet? Do you cook for yourself? I would start by recording what I eat everyday for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. and carry a water bottle with me wherever I go.
