I was on effexor and at first, it was great. Then it stopped working. Pdoc kept increasing hoping it would pass, and then it sent me into a mixed state with rapid cycling. Took me about 6 months to get off it, and I'm still trying to find my normal.

ADs tend to be extremely unpredictable with us bipolars.
