(the lawyer, who is rarely actually needed to compile medical records, gets 25%, per civil regulation, they used to charge 30% or more.)

there are disability advocate agencies in most larger cities who help with the wording on an application or appeal. it's common language, there are no hidden "laws" ,, all the regulations are available online to the public.

making sense of them might be difficult for those without the necessary vocabulary or reading skills, or concentration, for whatever reason. but lawyers are feeding off of people's distress , again , in my opinion~!
